Bright Learn Fast Billed Me Immediately Despite Trial and Refused Refund

I downloaded the Bright Learn Fast app because it advertised a 7-day free trial. I was curious to try it out before committing to anything. However, when I started using the app, it wouldn't let me move forward without purchasing a subscription plan. So, thinking I would still be within the free trial window, I selected a 2-month plan just to proceed.

Immediately after subscribing, I realized the app wasn’t suitable for me and decided to cancel the same day. To my surprise, I saw that the payment had already been charged, and there was no actual free trial granted. I believe this is misleading advertising. The app promises a trial period but doesn’t actually let users explore the content unless they pay upfront.

I use many different apps, and none of them operate with such confusing and deceptive payment practices. I feel misled and taken advantage of. I am formally requesting a full refund for the amount charged and urge the company to revise their subscription model to avoid misleading future users. This needs to be resolved promptly.
