I’m very frustrated with Bright Learn Fast. This app automatically charged me for a subscription that I didn’t want to continue, and it has been impossible to cancel. I tried multiple times to end my subscription, but the app gives you no real option to do so. The system seems designed to trap users into payments, and I deeply regret even trying it.

They stated that if I didn’t cancel by March 25, I would be charged. But when I logged in on the 25th specifically to cancel, I saw they had already withdrawn the money from my account. This is unacceptable. I sent multiple emails requesting a refund, but I only received one vague response saying they were “looking into it.” Still no refund.

I’ve seen many others complain about the same issue. Had I seen those reviews earlier, I would never have downloaded this app. The system is misleading, the support is unresponsive, and I’m now preparing to take legal action. I demand a full refund immediately and call on the company to stop these unauthorized charges.
