I Can’t Cancel My Bright Learn Fast Trial and Expect Unauthorized Charge

I signed up for a weekly trial with Bright Learn Fast, thinking I could easily test the platform before committing. However, just one day before the trial period ends, I realized there is no way to cancel my subscription. I’ve checked the app and the official website repeatedly, but there is absolutely no option to terminate or manage my membership. The interface is confusing and completely unhelpful, making it nearly impossible to take any action.

I strongly suspect they will automatically charge me once the trial ends, without my consent. This feels extremely misleading and unethical. If a company offers a trial, they should also provide a clear, accessible way to cancel it.

I demand immediate support. Bright Learn Fast must fix their user interface, provide clear cancellation options, and ensure users are not charged without authorization. I want confirmation that my membership has been canceled and that I won’t be billed.
