I Can’t Cancel My Bright Learn Fast Subscription

I’ve been trying to cancel my Bright Learn Fast subscription, but there is absolutely no clear option to do so within the app settings. Today, I received a call from my bank alerting me that the app had attempted to withdraw money from my card again—thankfully, their security system blocked the transaction. I never approved any renewal or additional charge.

Because of this, I was forced to cancel my credit card just to prevent unauthorized withdrawals, which has caused me even more inconvenience. But that’s not a permanent solution—I still need to use my card, and I’m worried they’ll try to charge me again once I reactivate it.

The app makes it deliberately confusing to manage or cancel subscriptions. There’s no clear support contact, no cancellation path, and no accountability. I demand that Bright Learn Fast completely terminate my subscription immediately and ensure no further payment attempts are made. This kind of aggressive auto-billing and evasive cancellation system is unethical and unacceptable.
