Bright Learn Fast Charged Me for a Year Without My Consent During Free Trial
Hello, I downloaded the Bright Learn Fast app for my daughter to try out using the 7-day free trial. However, the app did not suit her needs at all, so I decided to cancel. To my shock, I discovered that while I believed I was still within the free trial period, the app had already processed a full annual membership and charged my card without asking for confirmation.
I’ve used many apps on a trial basis before, but none of them have billed me without my explicit approval, and certainly not for a full year. This feels extremely deceptive. I never authorized a yearly subscription, and I never intended to use this app beyond a short test. Even when I tried to cancel just two days later, I realized it had already enrolled me in a paid plan.
I demand that my membership be immediately canceled and that I receive a full refund of the money withdrawn. I shouldn’t have to pay for a service I neither intended to use nor consented to purchase. I expect urgent action from the company to resolve this issue.
