Paid $5 for Brawl Stars Spike Pin After Orion Tournament but Didn’t Get It

As a result of my participation in the Orion Tournament #4 event held on August 19, I won the Brawl Stars Spike Contributor Pin reward. According to the email I received from Matcherino, it was clearly stated that the reward would be delivered to my account (#QPYC*VP**) within 14 days. I also made a $5 payment for the delivery, and the pin was supposed to be credited to my account no later than September 2. However, to this day, the pin has not been added to my account.

My account is currently banned for 30 days and will reopen on October 9, but the reward was not credited even before the ban began. I had especially obtained this pin as a birthday gift for my brother and was expecting it to be delivered on time. I still have all the emails and screenshots from Matcherino confirming that I won the reward.

I request that my pin reward be fully delivered to my account and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
