I Face Missing 25,000 Gold Reward Issue in Brawl Stars Despite Event Giveaway

Today is August 12, and many Brawl Stars players received 25,000 gold as part of the in-game reward event. However, I did not receive this reward even though it was given to others. I regularly log in to the game and meet all the conditions to claim rewards, so I do not understand why my account was excluded.

I checked the game’s support and help sections, but they were completely unhelpful in solving the issue. No clear reason was provided, and no compensation was offered. This is frustrating, as it feels unfair that other players are granted the reward while my account is ignored.

I request that Supercell immediately investigate this matter and credit my account with the missing 25,000 gold. I have been a loyal player and expect fair treatment. If this is not resolved, I will have to report and publicly raise this issue to ensure it gets proper attention.
