I Face Missing Brawl Pass Plus After Successful Payment in Brawl Stars
On December 19, 2024, I purchased the Brawl Pass Plus in Brawl Stars using my credit card and paid $13. However, even though the payment was successfully completed, the Brawl Pass Plus was never added to my account.
I contacted the Supercell support team to resolve the issue, but all I received were generic responses like “the bank is holding it, it should arrive within a week.” They didn’t offer any real solution. I also confirmed with my bank that the payment was fully processed, and there is no pending transaction — the money has already been deducted from my account.
My player ID is #ypyvgu8vg, and I’m using an Infinix GT 20 Pro device in Istanbul. This is the first time I’ve faced such a problem, and I’m requesting that the Brawl Pass Plus be added to my account as soon as possible.
