Purchased Brawl Pass Missing - No Product, No Support Response

My Brawl Stars adventure was supposed to be enhanced with the purchase of a Brawl Pass. However, instead of excitement, I've been met with disappointment and frustration. Despite receiving a "product delivered" notification, the Brawl Pass is nowhere to be found.
To make matters worse, my attempts to seek assistance from Brawl Stars support have been met with silence. I've reached out through WhatsApp and the Dijipin website, but my messages have fallen on deaf ears.
I've previously made purchases through Dijipin without any issues, so I had no hesitation in using them again. Now, I'm left stranded, hoping for a prompt resolution to this frustrating situation.
