I play Brawl Stars on my Oppo A15s, and today, August 12, 2025, I encountered a serious issue when trying to claim the in-game Gold Doug community reward. According to the event rules, this reward was given to the top 10,000 players who collectively reached 1 million trophies in a day. I met the requirement, and when I clicked the reward link from the News section, the game redirected me to the shop. However, the reward was not displayed, and nothing was added to my account. I received no error message—just no reward.
I know for certain that other players have received this reward because I saw them using it in matches. Despite my effort and eligibility, my account was ignored. I have not yet contacted the Supercell support team and have not tried troubleshooting steps on my own.
