Brawl Stars Matchmaking Is Unbalanced and Cheaters Ruin the Competitive Experience

While playing Brawl Stars, I constantly encounter unbalanced matchups, and my teammates often do not take the game seriously. It feels like the matchmaking system pairs casual players with those who are highly experienced, making it frustrating to progress. Additionally, some characters are overly powerful, making the competition unfair. Despite feedback from many players about balance adjustments, the developers seem slow to take action. On top of that, the number of players using cheats is increasing day by day, and there are not enough penalties for reported players. Even when I report obvious cheaters, I never receive confirmation that any action has been taken. All of this undermines the competitive spirit of the game and significantly reduces the enjoyment of playing.
