Brawl Stars Teammates Not Playing and Unfair 3v1 Battles

I'm having some serious problems in Brawl Stars with teammates who seem to be completely stationary and shooting at nothing. Even in knockout mode, I always end up facing three opponents at once. The game has been extremely frustrating due to the lack of support and ineffective matchmaking. It would be great if there was a way to provide feedback or suggest improvements for regular games, especially if the matchmaking system could be enhanced. I'm getting pretty bored with Brawl Stars.
