I’ve owned a Braun food processor for about 10–15 years, and for the past 5–7 years, it has been making an extremely loud and disturbing noise during use. I first brought the issue to an authorized Braun service center near the Government Square area in Konya, where I explained the situation in detail. Because my neighbors were complaining about the noise, I was willing to pay for new parts, specifically a replacement bowl and blade.
However, the service center owner rudely dismissed my request, saying that replacing those parts was unnecessary and instead advised me to apply olive oil to the central screw area. This was only a temporary fix, and the problem persisted.
Since then, I’ve moved to three different homes, and each time I use the appliance, it still makes a horrible noise, disturbing both me and my neighbors. I don’t experience this issue with my Braun hand blender.
When I tried contacting Braun customer service, I learned that there is no official distributor or authorized customer support for Braun in Turkey anymore, which was deeply disappointing. Although my product is out of warranty, my paid part replacement request was denied, and no permanent solution was offered.
I am requesting that Braun resolve this issue by providing a replacement bowl and blade, even at my own expense if necessary. Additionally, I’d like to report the rude and unhelpful behavior of the service technician I interacted with.
