In 2024, I purchased a Bosch Serie 6 washing machine from an authorized dealer, and it is still under warranty. For the past six months, I have been experiencing a persistent problem with the fabric softener compartment. About three times a week, the softener fails to dispense properly, my clothes come out without any softener scent, and the drawer becomes clogged.
In February, I contacted Bosch service. The technician who came told me that the issue was due to blockage in the softener compartment and advised that I should clean the drawer once or several times a week. However, when I purchased the product, I was never informed that such frequent cleaning would be necessary. There was no mention of this requirement during the sales process or installation. When I spoke with Mr. Taşkın from service, he insisted that this was a user error and refused to send further service support.
Because of this ongoing issue, I have wasted large amounts of fabric softener and liquid detergent, and cleaning the compartment often results in spills and unnecessary time loss. This is not the experience I expected from a premium brand like Bosch.
I am requesting that Bosch replace my washing machine and also compensate me for the wasted fabric softener and liquid detergent. The constant repetition of this issue has caused both inconvenience and financial loss, and I expect the brand to take responsibility and resolve my complaint quickly.
