Bosch i-DOS Serie 6 Washer Fabric Softener Issue Needs Urgent Solution

Since the day I bought it, my Bosch i-DOS Serie 6 washing machine hasn't given off the smell of fabric softener. The clothes look like they haven't been rinsed well when they come out of the washer. I need a solution right away. A well-known brand like this one shouldn't leave its customers without any options. It's already been a month. I'm sorry I bought it. After using it for three days, I called customer service hoping for a solution or a replacement, but they didn't help me at all. Even though we trusted the brand and the machine, those responsible should feel bad for leaving us, the customers, in the lurch. It's time for people to be responsible.

I had filed a complaint about my Bosch washing machine because it takes in fabric softener but has no scent, and the clothes have become very stiff. They replaced two parts, but my problem still persists. It has been two months since I bought the machine, and service has been coming to my home since the third day. They still insist on sending service. If it is a faulty machine, I want a return for the sake of customer satisfaction. If a newly bought machine needs a part replaced every two weeks, where is Bosch's quality? Not only has the quality disappeared, but also customer satisfaction. I absolutely do not recommend Bosch brand i-DOS washing machines to anyone. If they are going to call again to send service and try to fix the machine's problem, I absolutely do not want it. They have not been able to solve the issue in two months despite repeated inspections. Do we have to go through court to get a return? Please stand behind your product a little bit.
