I had filed a complaint about my Bosch washing machine because it takes in fabric softener but has no scent, and the clothes have become very stiff. They replaced two parts, but my problem still persists. It has been two months since I bought the machine, and service has been coming to my home since the third day. They still insist on sending service. If it is a faulty machine, I want a return for the sake of customer satisfaction. If a newly bought machine needs a part replaced every two weeks, where is Bosch's quality? Not only has the quality disappeared, but also customer satisfaction. I absolutely do not recommend Bosch brand i-DOS washing machines to anyone. If they are going to call again to send service and try to fix the machine's problem, I absolutely do not want it. They have not been able to solve the issue in two months despite repeated inspections. Do we have to go through court to get a return? Please stand behind your product a little bit.
