Bosch Dishwasher Leaked Detergent but the Service Refused to Fix the Issue

My under-warranty Bosch dishwasher has been leaking detergent from the liquid detergent compartment for about a week. When I called the service, the technician claimed this issue was normal and refused to replace the part under warranty. How can this be acceptable? I suggested removing the lidded compartment and pouring the detergent directly into the machine, but the technician had no response. Interestingly, the same issue occurred with my mother’s Bosch dishwasher before. In her case, the same service, claiming it wasn’t covered by warranty, charged a fee to replace the part, which resolved the issue. This inconsistency is frustrating. Bosch does not honor its warranty and leaves customers struggling. I will never purchase a Bosch product again and will warn everyone I know about my experience. Think twice before trusting Bosch and its so-called warranty, or you might end up facing the same problems we did.
