I have an account on the Hotbit exchange, and as of 18/12/2025, I discovered that my account is locked and I can no longer access my funds. I am accessing the service from India, and my registered email address on the platform is rai77***@gmail.com. Due to the account lock, I am unable to access or withdraw my balance of approximately 1,984,740 USDT, which is a very serious amount for me. I have tried to reach Hotbit support regarding this situation, but I have not received any response so far. I request that my Hotbit account be urgently unlocked and full access to my balance be restored, or that my entire amount be safely withdrawn and transferred to me. I ask for a clear explanation for the account lock and a prompt, written response to resolve this issue without further delay.
