I have been unable to access my Hotbit exchange account through the Android mobile app since around 2022 due to an “incorrect password” error, even though I am sure I am using the correct credentials. Because of this situation, I cannot log into my account or reach the assets I hold there. In this account, I have an approximate balance of 1,984,740 USDT, and I am extremely worried about not being able to access such a significant amount for a long time. I have tried to resolve the issue by reaching out to Hotbit support, but I have not received any response so far, and my access problem still continues. I request that my identity be verified by any necessary security checks, my account be recovered, and full access to my Hotbit account and my funds be urgently restored. I expect clear information about the status of my account and my balance, and I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

For the past three years, my Hotbit exchange account has been frozen without any explanation, and I have been unable to access my funds. I estimate that the balance in my account is approximately 200,000,000 dollars, and the account is registered with the email address ***[email protected]. I have an account on the Hotbit exchange, and as of 18/12/2025, I discovered that my account is locked and I can no longer access my funds. I am accessing the service from India, and my registered email address on the platform is rai77***@gmail.com. Due to the account lock, I am unable to access or withdraw my balance of approximately 1,984,740 USDT, which is a very serious amount for me. I have tried to reach Hotbit support regarding this situation, but I have not received any response so far. I request that my Hotbit account be urgently unlocked and full access to my balance be restored, or that my entire amount be safely withdrawn and transferred to me.
