Onwin Withdrawal Pending For Days - Money Not Paid
I have a serious withdrawal problem with Onwin that has not been resolved for days. On 13.12.2025, I requested a withdrawal of ₺3,750 to my Garanti Bank account via bank transfer, but my transaction is still pending and the money has not been deposited into my account. During this period, I contacted Onwin customer support many times. Instead of providing a clear answer, they mostly sent automatic messages, stated that there was intensity and asked me to keep waiting, and did not deal with my issue in a solution-oriented way. Thus, they caused me to waste my time and I feel clearly victimized. I request that the ₺3,750 withdrawal amount be paid to my Garanti Bank account immediately and that my victimization be compensated due to the delay and negligence I experienced. I expect this process to be handled urgently and transparently.
