I purchased the Bosch MUM Series food processor in July 2023, expecting a high-quality product for the premium price I paid—1.5 to 2 times more than similar products. Unfortunately, this product has been a constant disappointment. It seems to follow a "use three times, then send to service" model. Although it comes with a two-year warranty, the warranty only covers service, not replacement, and even the service fails to resolve the issues.
The quality is subpar for a brand like Bosch, and customer service adds to the frustration with unhelpful responses like "I use it at home too," rather than providing solutions. The product appears poorly designed and unsuitable for actual use—working fine only when left idle. Every time I use it, I end up needing manual intervention to complete tasks, as the product breaks down. After just three uses, another part is already slated for replacement, and customer service seems accustomed to such complaints.
Bosch should not treat its customers with a "we sold it, it's your problem" attitude. A product this expensive should not cause this much stress. I will pursue my case with the Consumer Court to resolve this issue. Bosch, please address this matter urgently.
