Bosch Built-In Oven Replacement Still Has Defects and No Progress on My Request

About 20 days ago, I purchased a Bosch brand built-in oven set, but the interior has issues. The same problem occurred with the previous one as well, and it was replaced. Now, even after the replacement, the same issue persists, raising concerns about the product's overall quality. As you can see, I haven’t even used the oven yet, but there are defects inside, including peeling and issues with the coating. This is a brand-new product, and no installation has been completed yet. I am requesting another replacement due to these defects. However, no action has been taken so far, and no one is making any progress to resolve this issue.

I've been kept waiting for about 15 days for an exchange, and the result is nothing. I'm being told by the headquarters that this issue doesn't hinder usage. Can you look into the solution? You buy a brand new product, but the built-in oven that arrives at your home has paint chips inside. Bosch is a regret; no matter what, there's really no customer satisfaction. The headquarters is supposedly examining it just to pass the day indifferently. How can you examine a product sitting at home through photos? What kind of thought process is this? No matter what, I will never again legally pursue my rights. I'm telling everyone who is going to buy a Bosch Built-in Oven that I am not satisfied at all. To avoid experiencing what I did and not to be a victim, don't even try your luck. Because if you buy it, you'll be disgraced with the product. I will announce this truth on my social media accounts as much as I can so that no one else is victimized like me.

There is no interest, I have never experienced anything other than being victimized, stay away, Bosch is a shame, you buy a brand new car, but the paint is peeling off, it gets dirty, and moreover, it is a device you have never used. Stay away, no matter what, I am a victim, you should not be victimized, it's a waste of your money and effort, don't think that anyone will help you in this regard.
