My Bosch washing machine has been ruining my clothes since the day I bought it. Despite being under warranty, Bosch has stopped responding to my complaints. So many of my clothes have been torn that I’ve lost count! I previously used a 15-year-old Arçelik machine with a 5kg capacity, and it never damaged my laundry. I upgraded to this 9kg Bosch model, thinking it would be better—but I deeply regret it. If I had known this would happen, I would have never made the switch. I’m writing this to warn others—don’t waste your money like I did. Bosch, acknowledge this issue and provide a real solution! Customers shouldn’t have to deal with this kind of damage and negligence!
