I Sent Money via PhonePe but Parimatch Wallet Not Updated

I made a deposit of 10,000 INR to my Parimatch account on April 26, 2026, using UPI from my Kotak Mahindra Bank account through the PhonePe application. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, and I have the UTR number 968515888622 as proof of the transaction.
However, despite the payment being completed on the bank and UPI side, the amount has not been credited to my Parimatch wallet. My account balance still does not reflect this 10,000 INR deposit.
I attempted to contact Parimatch customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. This is very concerning, as my funds are missing even though the transaction was successful.
I request that the 10,000 INR be immediately credited to my Parimatch account based on the provided transaction details. Alternatively, I ask that this issue be urgently investigated and resolved so I can access and use the funds I have already paid.
I kindly request that this matter be treated as a priority, that my funds be credited without further delay, and that I be contacted with an update regarding the resolution.
