Despite four visits from their technical team, the issue remains unresolved.
I requested a product replacement, but both the customer service representatives and the technicians showed no interest in addressing my concerns. They dismissed my request with excuses and left the problem unresolved. I have video evidence documenting the persistent issue, which makes the machine unusable.
I demand an immediate replacement for this defective machine. If Bosch fails to resolve this matter, I will escalate my complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Please address this promptly.
