On December 25, I purchased a 10kg Bosch Serie 4 washing machine from a Bosch dealer. The salesperson assured me it was very quiet, which was a key reason for my purchase. However, after the service team installed the machine and I used it a few times, I was shocked by how noisy it is. The machine makes loud, disruptive noises—clunking, banging, and rattling—while washing, far worse than my previous 10-year-old machine, which I replaced for being too noisy.
The sound is unbearable, and it feels like the machine is "beating" the laundry instead of washing it. Everyone in the house can hear it from every room, and it’s extremely disturbing. I expect Bosch to provide a definitive solution immediately. If this issue isn’t resolved, I will escalate the matter to the relevant authorities.
