I purchased a washing machine on December 27, 2023, and the installation took place on December 28, 2023. After installation, the machine started operating loudly and with a rattling noise before, during, and after the spinning process. A day after installation, the service claimed there was no issue by compressing a part they named "weight carrier" and left. However, as the problem persisted, I requested another service visit. The service team arrived three days later, tested the machine only on one program, claimed there was no issue, and left. The machine moves almost as if it's about to relocate from its place to the living room, yet the service does not consider it a problem. Additionally, E***, the representative in customer service and product return department, acting as if she represents BSH Group as their exclusive entity, displayed a rude attitude, stating, 'We can't do anything for the customer, you have no right to return, no replacement can be made, your video doesn't matter, ours does.' I demand a replacement with the higher model or a refund for the product.
