Never buying Bosch again! Rusting in the same places after less than two years. It's not a coincidence that all of my white clothes have rust stains. It is a big problem that is not being explained. I was scheduled for service three months ago, but no one showed up. They sent me a silly video today and told me to try it again before scheduling an appointment. The machine is leaking rust everywhere, and you're sending me a video of how to use it. I'm not sure what kind of lunacy this is. I require an immediate solution. Rust would not reappear in the same places if it was a user error. Even the phone repairman confirmed that all 2015 models of this washing machine had the same problem, and an additional part was added. Two years ago, my machine received no part replacement. The panel was then painted and returned. I need an immediate solution! Otherwise, I'll charge you for all of my clothing. I'm sick of it. Will the panel need to be replaced every two years?
