I Need to Reach Booking.com to Secure My Cancelation Refund

I have been facing a challenge in reaching customer service for my reservation. Apparently, there are emergency situations occurring at their end. The property where I made a reservation has sent me a message stating that they will be canceling my booking. However, they mentioned that I need to contact Booking.com to process the refund for my payment. Unfortunately, I am unable to get in touch with Booking.com's customer service to address this matter and initiate the refund process. This situation has left me quite frustrated and uncertain about how to proceed. I hope to resolve this issue soon and receive the necessary assistance from Booking.com to retrieve my refund.
