Booking.com When I WILL Get My Money

I made a reservation through Booking.com for Radisson Hotel Brussels Center for the dates May 29–31. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that the hotel was overbooked and that there was no room available for me, despite having a confirmed booking. I was left without accommodation and had to book another hotel myself at the last minute. I contacted both the hotel and Booking.com customer service regarding this issue, but the response I received was not satisfactory and did not resolve my problem. I was not offered an adequate alternative or support at the time of the incident. I request that Booking.com and Radisson Hotel Brussels Center take responsibility for this overbooking problem and compensate me for the inconvenience caused and the additional costs I had to bear for arranging my own accommodation.
