Booking.com Took My Money for a Canceled Hotel Reservation
Booking.com has taken my money from a hotel reservation I canceled. According to them, they already refunded me, but that’s simply not true. I’ve sent them multiple emails along with my May bank account statement clearly proving that no refund has been received. Since I provided evidence showing that the only action taken was the withdrawal of my money, I asked them to send me the bank transfer reference number of the refund they claim to have issued. I haven’t received any response. They no longer answer my calls either. It’s truly disheartening that they ignore my case despite the fact that I’ve been a loyal customer. They clearly don’t value that, and it’s incredibly disappointing.
