Booking.com Support Hung Up During Urgent Reservation Payment Issue

I am the manager of Beauty Point Tourist Park and I am writing regarding reservation 5083333697, as well as the way my recent support call was handled. On 17/09/2026 I called your customer support line because I urgently need to speak with someone about this booking. I waited on the phone for around 15 minutes, and when the call was finally answered, the agent immediately hung up without saying a single word. This is unacceptable, especially given the time-sensitive nature of the issue. Due to a problem with this reservation, I am currently unable to take funds from the guest. If this cannot be resolved promptly, the guest will have to be refused accommodation today, which will negatively affect both our business and the guest’s experience. I request that Booking.com contact me as soon as possible to discuss and resolve this booking issue so that payment can be taken and the guest can be accommodated today.
