Booking.com Refund Requested After Missing Reservation

Today, on January 13, 2026, I made a reservation through Booking for three people, three rooms, and one night at Hotel Majestic Rabat Centre located in Rabat, Morocco. During the payment process, $392 USD was charged from my bank account; however, I never received a reservation confirmation email, nor was I given any reservation number.

When I contacted the hotel directly, they told me that no such reservation appears in their system and that there is no booking under my name. Despite this, the payment has already been charged from my bank account and still appears as deducted. In other words, there is neither a confirmed reservation nor a refunded payment.

Even though I paid $392 USD, I have neither a reservation nor my money. Simply put, I cannot get an answer to the question, “Where is my money?” I request that the amount I paid be refunded to me immediately and in full, or that my reservation be confirmed right away under the same conditions.
