Booking.com Refund Issue - No Contact!

I made a reservation through Booking.com for 15-17 June 2025 with reservation number 4459447821, but I was unable to travel because my visa application for the country was not finalised, and therefore I was unable to stay at the property where I made my reservation. Although it was beyond the free cancellation period, I informed Booking.com customer service of the situation, and they stated that the property could not issue a refund. Customer service said they would do their best. On 20 June 2025, I received an email from Booking.com stating that a refund would be issued. However, I was unable to contact them regarding the refund, nor did the refund reach me.
