Booking.com Refund for Canceled San Francisco Hotel Still Not Received After 20 Days
On November 4, I booked a hotel in San Francisco through Booking.com. I emailed the hotel with questions about the address and other details but received no response. Due to the lack of communication, I decided to cancel my reservation, which was eligible for free cancellation.
After canceling, I received a message stating that the refund would be processed within 3-5 business days, then 7-10 days, and eventually 15 days. They also requested my payment receipt, which I provided. However, it has now been 20 days, and I still haven’t received my refund. Worse, Booking.com has stopped responding to my emails.
I demand an immediate refund of the amount I paid. The delay and lack of communication are unacceptable, and I expect Booking.com to resolve this issue promptly.
