Booking.com Left Me Stranded After My Hotel Reservation Was Canceled Last Minute
Only to discover last-minute that the hotel I reserved for a trip in Greece had dropped my reservation, Booking.com advised me I had to deal with the hotel personally, but after several tries I came nowhere with them. When I contacted booking.com once more, they provided neither alternate choices nor assistance. I finally had to pay for a much more costly hotel after spending twenty-four hours without lodging. Neither the hotel nor booking.com provided any reimbursement or any assistance for the whole trip. They vanish when things go bad yet grab your money quickly. I never intend to use their service ever more.
