Booking.com Failed to Verify Hotel and Ignored Refund Request

I made a reservation through Booking.com for a property called Çita Hotel in Pattaya for the dates November 22, 2025 – December 2, 2025, under reservation number 5975877039, and I paid approximately $598 USD by credit card. However, I later realized that this hotel does not actually exist, and I understood that the reservation I made was fraudulent.
As soon as I became aware of the situation, I contacted Booking.com by email, but I have not received any response to my messages. I am experiencing serious harm due to the fact that a fake property was listed on the platform, allowed to accept reservations, and that I was then left without any communication or support afterward.
To resolve this issue, I am requesting that the full $598 USD paid for this reservation be refunded to my credit card, completely and without any deductions.
