Booking.com Charged Extra Money And Is Not Issuing A Refund

This is the worst customer satisfaction and service I have ever experienced from Booking.com. They charged a higher amount to my credit card than what was shown, and even though the situation is completely clear, they refused to make a cancellation or adjustment. They even hung up on me several times during the call, which is unbelievable. Honestly, you should never choose this simple app—Booking.com—just stay away.
