Booking.com Cancelled Our Reservation in Bali
We booked a hotel through Booking.com for our trip to Bali. When we arrived at the hotel late at night, we were informed that the reservation had not been communicated to the hotel by Booking.com, and there were no available rooms. We had to leave and find another hotel in an unfamiliar area. I emailed Booking.com for a refund. We paid a total of ₺10,797, but the refund was only ₺10,416. Is it our problem that the exchange rate dropped after the refund process started? We were left without a hotel and financially inconvenienced. We used to book everything through Booking.com, including car rentals, but I will never use them again. I will also share my experience with everyone I know.
