Booking.com Reservation Not Updated After Request to Add Extra Night

I made an apartment reservation through Booking.com for Sussex PI floor 2 in Greater London, with a stay scheduled from 9 June 2026 to 28 June 2026, under booking number 5961489505. Before my stay, I requested that an additional night on 8 June 2026 be added to this reservation, but the system still does not reflect this extra day and I have not received any clear confirmation of the updated period. Over the weekend and up to this morning, I sent several emails to the property to clarify the situation and to have 8 June added to my booking, but I have not received any response. Despite this lack of confirmation, I paid £1,412.75 this morning for the stay, and I am concerned that my actual check‑in date and total reserved period are still not clearly updated on the system. I request that my reservation be urgently corrected so that 8 June 2026 is officially added to my stay, and that I receive a written confirmation showing the full and correct dates from 8 June 2026 to 28 June 2026, with the corresponding total price clearly stated. I also ask that any discrepancy or potential overcharge related to this adjustment be checked and resolved as soon as possible.
