Everyone seems to be having trouble with them delivering packages, and I'm no exception. I ordered something on the 11th, and it's been almost two weeks with no sign of it. It's like they can't find my house or something! I've even seen people online warning others not to use Boden as they partner with Evri, so why are they still an option? On top of that, their customer service is terrible. tried calling them to find out what's going on, but it felt like they couldn't care less. forget the delivery at this point. I just want my money back. Honestly, I'd rather wait for a refund than deal with Evri's mess any longer. It’s your mess actually as you insist on working with them!!
