Aras Kargo Keeps Failing to Deliver My Package and Won’t Help Fix the Address Issue
My package has been stuck at Aras Kargo for two days, and I can’t reach them in any way. The location is so remote that it’s not accessible by bus, and even taxi drivers don’t know where it is. When you call their phone number, it connects you to a call center that does not assist whatsoever. I can’t receive my package simply because of an address issue. I already work six days a week, and the only day I’m off is Sunday, when they’re closed. When I contact the call center, even the customer service agents are unhelpful and won’t assist me in correcting the address. They respond with tense and abrupt answers. The service is truly terrible, and I still haven’t received my package. It keeps being marked for delivery, only to fail and return to the branch, with no solution or follow-up from their side. They don’t even bother to call me.

No one knows the address of the florists' branch you opened in a place no one knows; no car or taxi goes there, and all the vehicles that go there get damaged. I don't understand how you are a large cargo company. You're a very large cargo company, Aras Cargo, and even though everyone complains about the florists' branch, you still haven't taken action, so congratulations to you.
