They gotta deliver on their promises – fast shipping and keeping customers informed. Otherwise, it's just not worth the extra money! I used Evri's ParcelShop Priority thing to send a package to the US, in hopes of a fast like 4-6 days. I paid the extra for the faster shipping, dropped it off at their shop like they said, the package took way longer than a week to show up! they didn't even bother to tell me what was going on. Just left me hanging like that…I value speed and reliability, not only was it slow, but the lack of communication was the real kicker, why not let the customer know what’s going on…I could’ve chosen a different method or another carrier if I knew my package wouldn’t be there on time.
