I had scheduled an eye makeup appointment at your Bobbi Brown branch, but when I arrived, they claimed it wasn't showing in their system. I showed them the confirmation email multiple times, but they kept insisting it wasn't visible on their screens. They coldly said, "Well, since you've come all this way, we can try to help you." This attitude really bothered me. I made an effort to arrive on time for my appointment, but despite showing proof, I was met with such a poor approach because it wasn't in their system.
