Bobbi Brown Blush Arrived Broken and Defective – No Support for Replacement


I’ve always trusted Bobbi Brown blushes, so when my previous one was running low, I decided to buy a backup in advance before prices went up. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. Since I trusted the brand, I didn’t think to inspect the product when it arrived; I simply stored it away. When my old blush was finally unusable, I opened the new one only to find it broken and defective—it wouldn’t apply color properly. I immediately emailed the company to report the issue, but they refused to help because I had missed the six-month return window. I’m incredibly disappointed with Bobbi Brown’s lack of support for their product, and I won’t be purchasing from them again until they make this right.
