I bought two things from Bobbi Brown more than two months ago. When I got back home, I found out that I got two of something and none of something else. I went back to the store, told them about the mistake, and asked if I could exchange the extra item for the right one. Unfortunately, since there wasn't a manager there, they said they couldn't do anything. I gave them my phone number, they said they would call me back, but nobody contacted me. Two weeks later, I went back to the store because the issue still hadn't been resolved. The manager wasn't available and said they would call back later. I was annoyed, so I requested M***'s personal number to remind them if they didn't reach out to me. After not hearing from M*** for weeks and trying to contact them without success, I decided to go to the store again. The manager told me that they would fix the problem and give me a call. Finally, last week, the manager called me and said that the issue was resolved. They told me that I could come and pick up my item whenever I wanted. Today, when I got there at noon, M*** and another staff member were there. I was surprised when they said, "Hey, we were gonna give you a call." Sorry, but we can't provide it today. Please return tomorrow when our manager is available. I'm really upset about how M*** and the other staff member acted. They showed a lack of empathy and professionalism. I've been really loyal, but I'm starting to think about ending my connection with Bobbi Brown because of this whole situation. I don't want the product anymore and I want a refund right away because the service was delayed and unsatisfactory.
