BNP Paribas Cardif iPhone 11 Protection Plan Fail

In November 2023, I bought an extended warranty for my device—the iPhone 11—from Media Markt through BNP Paribas Cardif. My phone cracked glass above the front camera on May 3, 2024. May 14, 2024, was when I called the insurance company, and they gave me a ₺14,000 gift card or a new part. They did caution me, meanwhile, that the Apple warranty on my device would expire if I went with the second choice. My insurance policy covers breakage scenarios primarily and says that repair services will be offered for all kinds of damage without a coverage limit. The information I received when buying the insurance from BNP Paribas Cardif Turkey and Media Markt and the real circumstances I faced are incompatible, hence I am unhappy and want to submit a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. I received assurance that the insurance would pay for a fall or breakage. Nonetheless, I think that both of these organizations mislead people during this procedure and I hope that no other people have similar complaints.
