Realme 11 Screen Crack Repair Denied, Unacceptable 70% Gift Voucher Offered

I purchased a Realme 11 phone on May 20, 2024, from the Adana Yüreğir Optimum Media Markt store, with contract number 11311196012. On July 22, 2024, the internal screen of the device cracked, and it was sent to the Altar Grup insurance company by Media Markt. On August 9, 2024, I received a message stating that the repair of the product could not be completed, and they offered a gift voucher at 70% of the value. I do not accept this offer.
