Surprisingly, after a month had passed, I received an unexpected SMS informing me about an outstanding debt. During my visit to the bank branch, they informed me that my debt was still ongoing. When I made the call, the response I got was, 'Yes, sir, you still have some unpaid debt.' Even though I diligently paid off my debt, I found myself at a disadvantage as my credit score was negatively impacted. I kindly request clarification of this situation and any necessary corrections.
