BMW Sold Me a Faulty Electric Car and Has Not Fixed It for Months

My brand-new BMW broke down in less than six months, and the issue still hasn't been resolved while the car remains in service. According to the new legal regulation, if a vehicle has a malfunction within the first six months, the owner is entitled to a replacement or a full refund, but I do not even want that anymore. I have lost confidence in the car, especially since it is an electric vehicle, and I transport my children in it. There is a connection issue between the electric system and the motor, which I absolutely cannot accept. The fact that a part had to be replaced is disappointing. I had been driving a Mercedes for 10 years without any problems, and we currently have three more vehicles purchased from Borusan, yet I have never experienced an issue like this before.
