BMW i4 Electric Car Engine Failure
I really don't recommend buying a BMW electric vehicle! I bought something, it stopped working, and nobody wants to help me. First, it's important to know that not all BMW-authorized service centers provide support for electric cars. My car isn't even a year old yet. It's a fully electric model that cost 5 million TL. The display had a light that said there was an error with the "Drive System." I've been trying to talk to the people at Borusan Avcılar about parking my 15 BMW cars there, but I haven't been able to reach the service manager, M****** G****, or the general manager, S****. The service advisors don't seem very enthusiastic about fixing the problem. We're driving shorter distances because we're worried the car might break down. Here's my advice for you: if you're thinking about getting a BMW electric car, think again. I still have problems that haven't been fixed. I can't access anything and there's no solution. There isn't a proactive approach, and I still don't know what the problem is. I'm telling you this so you won't regret it later. I'm not planning on getting a BMW for my next car, especially not an electric one. Good luck if you have a BMW electric car because getting help might be difficult, and you could end up with a very expensive problem. Thank you.
