BMW F30 3.20i Interior Door Handles Are Losing Shape, Getting Worn Out

The internal door knobs on my 2016 BMW F30 with the chassis code 3.20i are slowly melting away. These grips are made of materials that are melting and become sticky, like chewing gum. I would expect a luxury brand like BMW to take this type of issue seriously and work to fix it for the sake of its customers. As a BMW owner, I have very high expectations for the company's products. It's disappointing to see the internal door handles deteriorate to this extent. In addition to detracting from the car's looks, a broken set of handles is an annoyance for the driver and the passengers on a regular basis.
